Due to continued development this international company seeks enthusiastic candidates for Inside Sales Co-ordinator roles. Must offer excellent communication/telephone manner, have an outgoing manner, use own initiative, be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude. Full driving licence essential for occasional travel for training projects. PC skills to include Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, with JD Edwards skills desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:   In this key front line role you will have full responsibility for:  
  • Maintaining constant communications with your customers, answering all their requests and queries via the telephone, e-mail and fax.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders and vendor purchase orders
  • Maintain strong communications with manufacturing locations
  • Provide basic quotations via Lotus Notes database.
  • Respond to all non-technical customer enquires
  • Expedite orders as and when required.
  • Travel to other sites as and when required
  • Promote the power of the company.
  We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Inside Sales Coordinator who can demonstrate a commitment to customer service, be able to work on own initiative, be reliable, flexible and have the enthusiasm and willingness to solve problems.   In addition it will be necessary for all recruited personnel to spend time at other service centres when specific projects & training dictate. There are various projects currently in the pipeline which will enhance and grow the business.    QUALIFICATION / SKILLS:   ·       A minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment ·       Strong communication skills both written and verbal. ·       Flexible approach to work, be a self starter and use own initiative. ·       Basic PC skills - Word, Excel, lotus notes essential. ·       Mainframe computer skills - J.D. Edwards skills desirable. ·       Bright and reliable with a willingness to solve problems. ·      Be prepared to work from other locations on a temporary basis. ·      Must be able to drive.
