The Actionline team have been recruiting Accounts professionals since we opened for business in 1987. During the last 21 years we have worked with clients from all the major local industries and filled vacancies at all levels from Management Accountant to Finance Assistant. In the current cash conscious climate our company contacts tell us the finance function is more crucial than ever and we would love to hear from you if you have relevant experience or any of the following qualifications: ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar.

PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
Ref: KWISF0810 - Permanent15,000 - Warwick
EXCELLENT IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY WITHIN PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION.
Qualifications: Maths and English Language GSCE/O Level Grade A - C - certificates required.
Experience: Purchase Ledger Clerk work including:
• the entering of invoices onto a general ledger and
• dealing with suppliers and invoice queries General office administration including:
• ordering and distribution of goods
• filing
• cashiering/banking
Skills: Numerate, good verbal communication,IT literate, especially Excel and Windows based
Knowledge: Understand the importance of:
• data input accuracy
• control checks
• general ledger coding
• budget holder authorisation
