Able to evidence executional and conceptual skills within advertising, marketing comunications, design or digital agency with strong empathy for design - within both digital and traditional media.  Must offer extensive knowledge of industry standard software and good understanding of systems and processes. Must have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone, ideally with team leader experience. Competency in Adobe, CS4, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign with strong organisational abilities.  Suit forward thinking and proactive team player with the ability to work calmly under pressure, developing concepts and designs as agreed with the Creative Director.
