Must fully understands digital, and have previous experience in an IA or UX role. 

 Previous experience as an information architect or user experience specialist (or similar role)

 Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Visio, Photoshop, Axure, as well as the usual MS Office Suite

 Understanding of UI patterns, and research-based best practices

 Understanding of user interface design principles, information design, and web design

 Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and general web strategy

 Experience of working with CMS interfaces

 Comfortable presenting work and justifying strategic IA and UI design decisions

 Ability to prototype UI concepts in Axure

 Ability to design and run usability research tests; scenarios for A/B and multivariate testing

 Understanding and knowledge of SEO / Social media and web analytics tools such as Webtrends would be a plus
