The objectives of the role are to carry out the following:-
Accurate processing of worksheets to ensure prompt invoicing to operators and payment to dealerships; Provision of national fleet truck breakdown service; Administration of database for national customers;
Timely resolution of fleet and dealer queries.
Reconciliation of dealer own ledger to client purchase ledger account through SAP system.

Position Details:- Create / progress job sheets in the management system; use of Excel data to monitor ageing / status of outstanding jobs.
Contacting clients to request worksheet information and resolution of customer queries within 5 day company standard

You will have the following attributes:
A methodical and thorough approach to work, with particular emphasis on attention to detail
Experience in Microsoft office products
High commitment to customer service levels, with a professional telephone manner
The ability to liaise, communicate and negotiate effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:   In this key front line role you will have full responsibility for:  
  • Maintaining constant communications with your customers, answering all their requests and queries via the telephone, e-mail and fax.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders and vendor purchase orders
  • Maintain strong communications with manufacturing locations
  • Provide basic quotations via Lotus Notes database.

·         Knowledge of the Plumbing and Mechanical Industry would be advantageous, possibly with an M and E background within the industry
