The role entails:
Authorising new users and act as Help Desk for current users
Upload assets including documents, images and files onto the site, ensuring everything is up to date
Respons to al client feedback received
Test site and ensure any errors are reported and ammended
Update Team foundation Server with bugs/errors reported
Update issue logs to track client queries
Create monthly and adhoc reports
Periodically cleanse the site
Site administration
Provide excellent customer service to all clients in an effective and effecient manner

To develop new and repeat business for all Systems across all market sectors ,managing the entire order process from specification to order placement . Onsite training and assistance to be given to contractors installing products.
The building of relationships with Contractors is a key activity as is working closely with our distribution partners.
Specifications and contracts to be achieved from Clients, Architects, Consultants, Designers and Contractors with all projects being followed through to order placement.
The job holder to be seen as the authority for all things relating to their area
To follow the guidelines and recommendations within “Maximising Your Potential”
· To achieve a minimum average of 150 - 170 customer activities per quarter with the aforementioned customer base.
· Number and value of specifications / contracts achieved
· To use the Company CIS system to provide accurate information relating to the administration of the role, which will include Call Activity, Project Development, Monthly Reports etc
· All of the Company property such as company vehicle, laptop, printer, mobile telephone etc to be kept and maintained to a high standard
Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience and Skills (Competencies)
· Awareness of the Construction Industry with particular reference to a specification sales environment and a previous history within it
· Have the ability to demonstrate sales and negotiation skills so that price is not seen as the only option
· Enthusiasm to succeed and to support colleagues within the sales team when required
· Knowledge of the Plumbing and Mechanical Industry would be advantageous, possibly with an M and E background within the industry
· An ability to listen and empathise with the customer base but hold the interests of the company first
· The ability to work within a team environment with set objectives from a remote location with their own initiative
· Possess literacy, numeracy, keyboard and additional computer skills to perform a competent and professional role. Initial and on going assessment to be carried out by the Company
· To hold a CSCS card to allow access to building sites
