Actionline - A new and positive approach to recruitment!

Liz Woods and her team welcomed the first candidate through Actionline’s doors in 1987 with the intention of providing a positive approach to recruitment that would revolutionise job seeking across Warwickshire for both clients and candidates.

Having worked in the recruitment industry for major players and independents, Liz’s ambition for Actionline was to combine the drive and effectiveness of a big high street name with the benefits of an owner managed organization - immediate response, a bespoke service, individual attention and all support services in house.

In October 2009, Actionline was acquired by the Opera Group. The Opera Group was set up in 1992 and encompasses 10 recruitment agencies across the UK. The acquisition led Actionline to relocate to the heart of Leamington Spa alongside another of Opera's successful recruitment agencies, Workworld.

Actionline is proud to have remained independent and flourished in a competitive market place.  We have built an enviable reputation for establishing long lasting client relationships and our modern offices in the heart of Leamington put Actionline at the very heart of Warwickshire’s thriving business community.

After 24 years in the area our contacts with major local employers and range of temporary and permanent positions are second to none.   Today we source candidates from a wide spectrum of job sites, press adverts and direct marketing campaigns.  It has never been easier to email a CV or lodge a vacancy -  instantly.

We think our constantly updated Actionline jobs board should win awards for its searchability and we put a lot of energy and technical know-how into ensuring we reach the best people, secure the most prestigious vacancies and stay in touch throughout the recruitment process.
